Disco everywhere is a journey that begins in Cape Town in South Africa, continues up through East Africa, through the Middle East, across Europe and finally finishing in London.
Paul and Jacinda have decided to take a belated honeymoon and drive their silver 2003 Discovery (Truckasaurus) through Africa on the classic “trip-of-a-life-time”. They have traded traditional white sands and 'drinks with fruit and silly-little-umbrellas' by the pool for dusty roads, drop toilets and gastro bugs. In addition they will be making a documentary about their adventure.
While Truckasaurus was shipped from Fremantle, Western Australia, in June 2007, the adventure actually began many months before this with much planning and research. Some of this is outlined on this site, hopefully to help others who might be planning a similar trip.
